Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face crisis responses within 60 minutes of dispatch, completing assessments including the C-SSRS and child/adolescent addendum. Evaluate individual safety, develop crisis safety plans, and facilitate referrals to appropriate care levels. Provide 24-hour follow-up services for youth and clinically appropriate individuals, while tracking customer service satisfaction surveys. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements and supports reimbursement through primary funding sources. Full-time night shifts from 6:30pm to 6:30am with a 7-on/7-off schedule. Salaried compensation ranging from $65,500 to $80,500 plus potential 5K annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
- Must be computer literate
- Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness, emotional disorders, and substance related disorders who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis
- Full-time NIGHT shifts 6:30pm-6:30am
- Schedule: 7 days on following 7 days off
- Candidates selected for hire will be required to complete a background check
