Job Summary
Lead onsite crisis team and provide crisis-response services to individuals in the community who are experiencing behavioral health crises; supervise staff and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure adherence to crisis-service-recommended supports; facilitate rapid referrals to prevent escalation; establish and maintain records, participate in CIS integration, and complete documentation for reimbursement; develop and implement safety and discharge plans, and provide client and staff support within the Georgia Mobile Crisis Program; respond promptly to crisis dispatches, ensure quality care, and maintain compliance with licensure and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current licenser as LCSW, LMFT or LPC
- Valid Driver's license and Auto insurance
- Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment
- Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license, training, or certifications
