Licensed Clinical Social Worker Work from Home Part/Full Time

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth psychotherapy to diverse clients. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, establish DSM-5-based diagnoses, and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care). Maintain thorough documentation in the EHR (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) and coordinate care with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and care managers. Perform risk and safety assessments, implement safety plans, and arrange higher levels of care when appropriate. Provide psychoeducation to clients and families and connect them with community resources. Collaborate virtually with clinicians and internal teams; participate in regular case consultations and professional development.
