Licensed Clinical Social Worker Work from Home Part/Full Time

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver telehealth psychotherapy and clinical social work services. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, establish DSM-5-based diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, solution-focused, trauma-informed care) with thorough documentation in the EHR (progress notes, treatment plan updates, discharge summaries). Coordinate care with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and care managers; perform risk and safety assessments, implement safety plans, and arrange higher levels of care when needed. Provide psychoeducation to clients and families and connect them with community resources. Work entirely remotely with a flexible schedule within a full-time framework; supported by case consultations, clinical trainings, and opportunities for professional growth within a technology-driven platform. Eligible candidates are organized, responsive, and skilled at managing a telehealth caseload with strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to ethical practice and expanding access to mental health services.
