Licensed Clinical Social Worker Work from Home Part/Full Time

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker delivering telehealth psychotherapy and DSM-5-based assessments. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing remote individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, solution-focused, trauma-informed care). Maintain thorough documentation in EHR (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) and coordinate care with PCPs, psychiatrists, and care managers. Conduct risk and safety assessments, implement safety plans, and connect clients with community resources. Collaborate with virtual teams, participate in regular clinical trainings, and support ethical, culturally responsive care.
