Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s level degree or higher and active LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW licensure. Eligible candidates should be ready to launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance, with credentialing supported in multiple states and access to Headway’s network and resources (including EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, documentation templates, and CEU courses). The role emphasizes in-network work with Medicare Advantage/Medicaid and dependable, bi-weekly payments, along with built-in compliance support and insurance-credentialing assistance to start seeing insured clients sooner.
