Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Master’s level or above with LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW licensure (state-accepted)
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- ready to launch private practice or grow by taking insurance
- credentialing in multiple states (free, within 30 days)
- experience with in-network insurance participation (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid)
