Job Summary
Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists by providing supervision during their telehealth service delivery to the Medicaid community. Guide emerging therapists through their licensure process, ensuring they accumulate required clinical hours while maintaining adherence to Medicaid guidelines and effective treatment planning. Manage the supervision of associates from a remote location using Electronic Health Record systems, fostering a collaborative environment that shapes the practice's culture. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work or LMHC with Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor, offering flexible scheduling and dedicated administrative support.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work OR LMHC
- A valid LCSW OR LMHC license in good standing in the state of Florida
- Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
- Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
- A collaborative spirit to work alongside associates in achieving their goals
- Skill in conducting thorough supervision and mentoring
