Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Conduct mental health therapy, including individual and group sessions, crisis intervention, and case management for patients across the age spectrum. Perform mental health intakes to ascertain diagnoses, determine care levels, and establish personalized treatment plans. Provide ongoing therapy while maintaining ultimate responsibility for directing patient care within your scope of expertise. Deliver crisis intervention to diffuse conflicts, coordinate emergency responses with EMS/FDNY, and facilitate referrals to psychiatric or medical emergency departments. Complete medical forms, documentation, and billing accurately; maintain confidential case files and collaborate with specialists for consultation and referrals. Participate in case conferences, workshops for families, and clinical chart reviews. Work under the direct supervision of the Director of Behavior Health Service to ensure a welcoming, unbiased, and inclusive environment.
