Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals by supporting supervisees with case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning. Offer clear feedback that encourages professional growth while maintaining supervision records in line with applicable board expectations. Represent Gotham's Find a Supervisor feature in a professional and supportive way to help Alabama mental health professionals move forward in their licensure and career goals. This role requires an active Alabama clinical license in good standing (LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LICSW) with prior supervision experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $100 to $250 per hour, Monday through Friday.
