Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual and group psychotherapy for geriatric residents in subacute/skilled nursing facilities. Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for emotional and behavioral conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline). Collaborate with facility staff and families, support interdisciplinary teams, and maintain timely clinical documentation using an EMR. Roles support full-time or part-time schedules with up to 45 minutes of in-person service per visit, with opportunities for ongoing mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
