Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Senior Care Therapy is seeking licensed clinical social workers to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group psychotherapy, diagnosing and treating emotional/behavioral conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline), developing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation in an EHR, and monitoring patient progress.
