Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities, assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline). Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with facility staff and family members, and maintain accurate clinical documentation using an EHR. Offer 32-hour to 40-hour equivalence weeks with full-time or part-time options, delivering in-person care at assigned facilities and supporting resident quality of life and clinical outcomes. Includes opportunities for CEU reimbursement, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state applying for
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance
