Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in geriatrics providing individual and group psychotherapy to residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Conduct assessments, diagnose and treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline; develop evidence-based treatment plans; collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families; maintain accurate clinical documentation in our clinician-designed EMR; participate in a supportive team with mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development. In-person care with flexible full-time or part-time hours, no administrative burden for clinicians beyond clinical duties, and opportunities for CEU reimbursement and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the state applying for
- Effective oral and written English communication
- Basic proficiency with technology including EHR
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
- Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day
