Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed to provide in-person psychotherapy in geriatric/subacute and skilled nursing facility settings across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group psychotherapy, assessing/diagnosing/treating emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline), developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, maintaining accurate clinical documentation in an EHR, monitoring progress, and adjusting care as needed. Roles can be full-time or part-time with 32- to 40-hour equivalents; opportunities include uncapped FFS bonuses.
