Job Summary
Provide high-quality behavioral health services to adult and adolescent populations, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care). Deliver individual and group psychotherapy, perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, and implement safety planning as needed. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic, outcomes-focused care. Maintain timely documentation in an electronic health record to support measurement-based treatment and continuity of care. Participate in case consultations, clinical case reviews, peer learning, and ongoing professional development. Operate in a hybrid work environment combining telehealth with on-site resources, reflecting Rula Health’s culture of creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the relevant state
- Ability to practice independently per state regulations
- Experience delivering individual and group psychotherapy
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed care modalities
- Crisis intervention and risk assessment experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards
- Comfort working in a hybrid telehealth and on-site care environment
- Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including psychiatrists and primary care providers
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and outcomes measurement
