Job Summary
Provide behavioral health services to adults and adolescents, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care). Deliver individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and risk assessments; implement safety planning as needed. Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians within an interdisciplinary team; maintain compliant documentation in an electronic health record system to support measurement-based treatment and continuity of care. Participate in case consultations, peer learning, and ongoing professional development in a hybrid telehealth/on-site setting that balances secure remote care with on-site resources; contribute to a tech-forward healthcare culture focused on access, outcomes, and quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California
- Experience delivering individual and group therapy
- Proficiency with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care)
- Biopsychosocial assessment and treatment planning
- Crisis intervention and risk assessment skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
- Strong documentation and outcomes-focused practice
