Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) on Headway platform to launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance; credentialing in multiple states, built-in EHR features (scheduling, secure client messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments), and access to CEUs via Headway Academy. Position supports clinicians on Headway to see insured clients with built-in compliance checks, payroll reliability with bi-weekly payments, and access to a nationwide network of plans (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid). Applicants must be fully licensed with an active NPI and malpractice insurance to credential for the platform.
Required Qualifications

- LCSW or LICSW licensure (state-accepted)
