Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join Headway’s platform remotely and help providers launch or expand their private practice by accepting insurance with ease. The role emphasizes credentialing for free across multiple states, in-network participation with major plans (Medicare Advantage and Medicaid), compliance support, built-in EHR features, secure client communications, and access to Headway’s network and CEUs. The candidate should be fully licensed with a valid NPI and malpractice insurance, capable of working within a nationwide insurance network, and able to manage credentialing and reimbursements while growing a private practice. Bi-weekly payments are provided; Headway offers resources to stay compliant and scale practice growth.
