Job Summary
Remote licensed clinical social worker position with BetterHelp. Provide live therapy sessions to adults, couples, or teens from a private, home-based workspace. Independent practice with no overhead; compensation is hourly with weekly pay and additional bonuses. Requires 3+ years of mental health counseling experience and a Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy, plus an independently licensed credential (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and U.S. residency with reliable internet. Flexible scheduling, insurance and cash-pay clients available, health stipend eligibility for a minimum 30 hours/week commitment, and access to CEU resources. Fully remote in the United States; must maintain liability insurance and professional liability coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.)
- U.S. residency
