Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients with mental health needs, assess status, develop treatment plans, and track progress. Provide crisis intervention for acute distress, collaborate with primary care providers and case managers, and maintain accurate patient records ensuring HIPAA compliance. Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record within established timeframes and comply with mandatory reporting laws. Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness programs. Requires Master's degree, active Florida licensure as LMHC or LPC, BLS certification, and at least one year of counseling experience. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active, unrestricted Florida licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques for individual and group counseling, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy
- Experience working with a diverse patient population and providing culturally competent care
- At least 1 year experience in providing mental health counseling
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Desired Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in providing mental health counseling in a healthcare or community-based setting
