Required Qualifications
- Master's in Social Work (MSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Oncology Social Work Certification (OSW-C) preferred
- 3+ years of oncology/hematology/palliative care social work experience
- Oncology social work knowledge and NASW/AOSW ethics standards
