Job Summary
Provides clinical services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Norwalk Hospital, delivering individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and psycho-education. Collaborates with psychiatric and other health professionals for diagnostic and treatment quality; conducts patient/family interviews, develops patient-focused treatment plans, evaluates for mental disorders, and refers to community resources as needed. Acts as a liaison to community agencies, mentors staff, participates in care planning and quality improvement, and ensures hospital/state documentation and compliance. Performs coverage for various units as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school
