Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NJ) - Remote - Full Time or Part Time

Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling/therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients via teletherapy within an extended virtual primary care collaborative model. Maintain competency as individual, family, and group therapist; complete documentation including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning; collaborate with patient, family, and team to overcome treatment obstacles; ensure compliance with policies; demonstrate cultural competency; sustain a caseload consistent with program guidelines (15-20 weekly; minimum 5 daily). Must hold MSW and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in NJ with NJ Medicaid Provider Number. Telehealth-focused role with flexible schedules (5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F or four 10-hour days; part-time options available). Salary range $80,000-$85,000 depending on experience and licensure.
