Job Summary
Licensed behavioral health professionals in CO (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) provide mental health therapy to adults, elders, and/or children/adolescents in LifeStance Health’s Colorado offices with a hybrid telemedicine/in-person schedule. The role offers full-time hours, competitive above-market compensation with uncapped earnings, full benefits, sign-on bonus at certain locations, and strong administrative support. Requires current CO licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) and the ability to work across modalities (telemedicine and in-person) within a growing outpatient practice that serves diverse populations across Colorado. Additional bilingual or play-therapy expertise is a plus in multiple locations. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, work-life balance, and a collegial work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Colorado (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Experienced in working with adult, geriatric and/or child and adolescent populations
