Job Summary
Evaluate and assess children and families to plan, develop, implement, and review curriculums and IFSPs meeting individual developmental needs. Maintain records according to applicable regulations and perform service coordinator functions to ensure Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes and meet state quality assurance standards. Complete this 40-hour weekly role in the Middletown area, requiring current Connecticut LCSW licensure and a Master of Social Work. Required Qualifications
- Must maintain current state license for LCSW
- Must possess and maintain valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulations
- Master of Social Work from an accredited school required
- Must have a valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history
- Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation
