Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, diagnostic interviews, and biopsychosocial evaluations using DSM-5 criteria. Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based counseling services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Manage case coordination and crisis intervention while collaborating closely with primary care providers to integrate behavioral and physical healthcare. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with CHCCW policies and quality standards. Participate in departmental meetings and case consultations to support continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Counseling from an accredited institution
- Current Wyoming Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license or license-eligible in Wyoming
- This position requires successful completion of substance abuse testing as a condition of employment
- Strict adherence to HIPAA and CHCCW confidentiality standards is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a medical or integrated healthcare setting preferred
- Experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans
- Experience providing counseling across diverse populations and age groups
