Job Summary
Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide individual therapy sessions while maintaining accurate client records and documenting progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health care. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the counseling field. Requires state licensure as a LCSW or LMHC, a master's degree, and two years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure or certification as a LCSW or LMHC
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision
