Job Summary
Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing outpatient mental health care via telehealth for Brave Health. Requires Master’s degree and licensure as an LCSW, and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Role involves delivering telehealth services, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating with clients to achieve goals, and using telehealth tools while ensuring HIPAA-compliant patient privacy. Bilingual capability is a bonus with Spanish language opportunities. Full-time W2 position with 100% remote work from home, standard EST daytime hours, and a compensation package that includes base salary plus bonuses; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, liability insurance, and education stipends. Eligible for Spanish-language opportunities and Medicaid/Medicare-provider experience; English fluency required with Spanish preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master's level degree and licensure (LCSW)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship now or in the future)
- Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
- Fluent in English; Spanish preferred
