Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed for 100% remote outpatient therapy via telehealth. Provide psychotherapy to a diverse patient population, develop and implement treatment plans, assess mental health and substance use diagnoses, and utilize telehealth software while maintaining HIPAA-compliant privacy. Requires Master’s degree in social work and licensure, unrestricted US work authorization (no visa sponsorship needed), proficiency in English with Spanish preferred, and the ability to work from a private home workspace. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends; includes benefits, potential bilingual bonuses, and eligibility for higher earnings with bonuses. Able to work within Medicaid/Medicare provider networks and deliver services across the lifespan.
Required Qualifications
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance in a home work space
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
