Job Summary
Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing outpatient telehealth services. Requires a Master’s degree and licensure, with unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship needed). Roles include delivering mental health care via telehealth to a diverse patient population, performing assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating care. Spanish bilingualism is a plus. Work from home with privacy for HIPAA-compliant patient care; Monday–Friday schedule (9a-6p or 10a-7p CT); W2 full-time position with benefits and potential bonuses for top earners. Familiarity with telehealth software, HIPAA considerations, and Medicaid/Medicare provider networks is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Knowledge of treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
- Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Ability to collaborate with clients to achieve goals
- English and Spanish proficiency preferred
