Job Summary
Conduct live therapy sessions with adults, couples, or teens while managing a caseload of 70% insurance clients to maximize earnings. Deliver clinical care for licensed clients in California or other US states, with options for cash-pay sessions alongside insurance coverage. Maintain a fully independent practice from a private, professional environment while setting your own flexible schedule and working remotely. Earn competitive hourly compensation ranging from $43 to $70 per session, including bonuses for early insurance client acquisition. Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree, three years of experience, and a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist/PsyD).
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist / PsyD license
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision
- A private and professional environment for conducting sessions
- Excellent written communication
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Reliable Internet connection
- Currently residing in the US
- Must be licensed in California (to qualify for the $1,000 First Client Bonus)
