Licensed Clinical Social Worker/LCSW, Psychotherapist

Collaborate with facility staff to provide integrated patient experiences and deliver psychotherapy to nursing home residents and their families. Document visit notes within 24 hours of each visit while demonstrating compassion for patients facing anxiety, depression, dementia, and grief. This independent role allows you to focus on talk therapy without handling billing or credentialing, as UltaCare Medical manages all administrative tasks. You will work flexible Monday-to-Friday hours to make a genuine difference in the lives of residents.
