Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as clinically indicated. Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure integrated whole-person care. Connect clients with community resources for housing, food security, and benefits enrollment, while completing timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Maintain confidentiality in adherence to HIPAA and state regulations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational workshops.
