Job Summary
Provide behavioral health services as part of the healthcare team. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based therapeutic counseling (CBT-focused); coordinate care with internal teams and external resources; maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.
