Conduct telehealth or in-person sessions with clients while actively engaging them around clinical measures during visits. Encourage completion of outcome measures, review results, and complete them live in session when needed to track progress and strengthen impact. Uphold shared standards of care by utilizing the provided measurement-informed approach and tools. Manage your own schedule and client volume with full autonomy, arranging office space for in-person care if applicable. The role requires a California-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
