Job Summary
Conduct licensed clinical social work sessions with best-fit clients via telehealth or in-person, utilizing a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and strengthen impact. Actively engage clients around clinical measures during visits to encourage completion and review results, completing them live when needed to ensure measurable progress. Maintain full schedule autonomy by deciding client volume and session timing, while Rula handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support. Licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with telehealth or in-person capabilities required. Join a network of clinicians supported by case consultations, office hours, and unlimited CEU podcast courses.
