Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (No Associates) - Remote

Conduct telehealth or in-person sessions with clients, actively engaging them around clinical measures during visits to encourage completion and review results. Uphold shared standards of care by utilizing measurement-informed approaches to track outcomes and strengthen impact. Manage client referrals through a best-fit system that aligns specialties with appropriate clients. Maintain full schedule autonomy to decide client volume and session timing. This role supports a nationwide network of clinicians delivering compassionate behavioral health care. Rula handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support, allowing providers to focus entirely on clinical work. Licensed clinicians in California with LMFT, LCSW, or LPC credentials are required.
