Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (No Associates)

Join Rula as a licensed clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) delivering telehealth and in-person therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll benefit from admin support handling credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech needs, enabling you to focus on clinical work. Maintain schedule autonomy, choose how many clients to see and when, and arrange your own office space for in-person sessions. You will follow shared standards of care, actively engage clients with clinical measures during visits, review results, and complete measures live when needed to demonstrate impact. Access case consultations, office hours, and nationwide professional learning opportunities, including CEU courses. The role supports a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes, ensure quality care, and foster ongoing professional growth within a collaborative, supportive community.
