Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services within a Military Medical Center at Nellis AFB, NV. Role includes internal behavioral health consultant (IBHC) and/or care facilitator (CF) duties within a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), with training phases, brief cognitive/behavioral interventions in primary care, and limited classes (e.g., stress management, sleep enhancement). Responsibilities encompass delivering 8–14 patient encounters per day, coordinating care with primary care teams, documenting in EMR, and participating in military-specific training and research projects. Requires ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff, maintain professional standards, and adhere to Air Force policies andBHOP guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
