Job Summary
Conduct individual and group counseling, provide assessments, and make referrals for clients and families. Deliver DSM V diagnoses through comprehensive evaluations and develop detailed treatment plans with appropriate service delivery. Screen clients for eligibility and provide education and support. May offer consultation for chemical dependency, review work by other clinicians, and act as program coordinator to design services and coordinate staff activities. Requires M.A. degree, two years experience, and clinical licensure with emphasis on difficult cases and crisis management. Required Qualifications
- M.A. degree
- two years' experience
- additional two years of supervisory or program management
- maintain clinical licensure for the appropriate state in which work is performed
- Difficult cases and crisis management experience
- Ability to provide clinical oversight
- May review work of others and/or supervision of others
- Must pass a background check
