Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join LifeStance Health's behavioral health practice. Outpatient-focused role offering a hybrid schedule with telemedicine and in-person flexibility in Millsboro, DE. Fully licensed in one or more US states with experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations. Competitive compensation starting at $90,000 plus a signing bonus, generous benefits, and collaboration with mid-level clinicians. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
