Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults, children, and adolescents across the lifespan within our outpatient care setting. Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services through a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person visits at our West Linn, OR clinic. Maintain full licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon while residing within commutable distance of local clinic(s). Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare nationwide.
