Job Summary
Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs and strengths, then design and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges while collaborating with clients and the treatment team to monitor progress. Perform crisis interventions and risk assessments to prioritize client safety, advocate for community resource connections, and maintain accurate clinical records adhering to legal and ethical standards. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision sessions to enhance care quality while staying current with clinical research and best practices. This role supports holistic mental health services for individuals and families within our behavioral health team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas
- A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting
- Expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Dedication to diversity, cultural competence, and social justice in clinical practice
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
