Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides individual, family, or group therapy and develops, monitors, and coordinates treatment plans in an outpatient setting. Works with clinical staff to use case management to address social, financial, and psychological problems related to patients’ health conditions. Responsibilities include individual therapy with patients of all ages, collaboration with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, and a manageable caseload. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8 to 5; 4/10s may be considered.
