Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations while providing individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, collaborate closely with physicians and nurse practitioners, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed within a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. Requires an active New York State LCSW license, two years of clinical experience, and proficiency in electronic health records. Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active Medicaid and Medicare
- Residing in the tri-state area
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in psychosocial assessments
- Proficiency in diagnosis
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in electronic health records
