Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to launch or expand a private practice through Headway. You must be a fully-licensed clinician with MS-level or higher education and LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW licensure, have a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Responsibilities include joining Headway’s insurance-network platform, credentialing across states, and serving clients in-network with plans such as Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Clinical Social Worker with LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW licensure (state-based)
- Master’s level or higher
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Willingness to launch or grow a private practice with insurance networks
