Job Summary
Remote LCSW role delivering telehealth therapy to North Carolina clients. Hold scheduled telehealth sessions, perform clinical evaluations, develop client-centered care plans, provide therapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other concerns, document sessions clearly within required timeframes, review progress, maintain confidentiality, exercise sound clinical judgment with risk/urgent concerns, and provide referral assistance as needed; requires an active NC LCSW license, Master’s in Social Work, and ability to manage a full-time remote caseload. This is a full-time remote position based in Hendersonville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care
