Job Summary
Remote LCSW role in Kentucky offering secure telehealth therapy for adults, families, and couples. Provide remote individual therapy, complete assessments, create and adjust treatment plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and respond to safety/crisis concerns within a structured telehealth setting. Must hold Kentucky LCSW license, have a Master's in Social Work, and be comfortable with telehealth platforms, EHRs, and private remote workspace. Typical schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with full-time benefits including PTO, health insurance, and 401K. Salary is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW license in Kentucky
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and online documentation tools
