Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed for Texas-based remote telehealth therapy. Conduct virtual sessions with clients in a structured telehealth setting, develop client-centered goals, document sessions and treatment plans, assess risk and safety, and support coping and daily functioning. Remote, full-time role with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, offering $115,000–$120,000 per year plus full benefits. Requires active TX LCSW license, CSWE-accredited MSW, and ability to provide therapy via secure video sessions; HIPAA knowledge and strong clinical documentation are essential. Location: Jasper, Texas, US; remote work available.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Prior experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, risk assessment, and ethical clinical practice
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
